Turning Off the No Scanned Image Prompt

You can easily turn off the No Scanned Image prompt in Workflow Preferences so that you are not prompted to scan a prescription image from the New Prescription window.

To hide the No Scanned Image prompt in PharmaClik Rx:

1. Navigate to More > Pharmacy.
2. Select the Workflow button. The Workflow Preferences window opens.
3. Select the Workbench tab.
4. Deselect the Prompt When No Scanned Image checkbox.

Result: The No Scanned Image prompt will no longer appear in the New Prescription window.
